Logging into the e-conference

Second ENBI e-conference consists of a mail list, where the discussion is carried out, and a web site, where all posted contributions are stored. A preliminary subscription allows you to receive contributions in your personal e-mail box (to subscribe, click here).

Receiving messages

You will receive the messages directly in your mailbox. In addition, all contributions are stored in the "2nd ENBI e-conference" ENBI-CIRCA Interest Group >> "Library" area.

Posting contributions

Registration is required in order to be able to send contributions. To send a message to all sessions, please just send a mail to the following e-mail address:

enbi-forums@listserv.rediris.es

It is also possible to reply any message coming from enbi-forums@listserv.rediris.es

If you have any difficulty, please contact or send your contribution directly to enbiforums@ma-rjb.csic.es.

Please note that this is a moderated e-conference. This means that your contribution will not automatically be forwarded to other participants or posted on the website, but reviewed by the e-conference committee, and thus may even be edited. Any contribution will be send to participants, and uploaded on to the web site, within 24 hours after posting it.

In order to maintain an standard format in all contributions posted to the e-conference, please bear in mind the following guidelines:

  • Texts should not be longer than one A4 page.
  • Make sure that your contributions include the following information:
    - A title (in the subject of your e-mail).
    - Your name and the organization you belong to.
    - A brief summary of the content of your contribution.

Please note that attachments (pictures, graphs, tables…) will not be forwarded to participants' mail boxes. However, they will be uploaded in the website, and included in the final report of the e-conference.
